DOCUMENTS

In accordance with The Merchant Shipping Act of the Republic of Belarus and the Belarusian legislation , the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus has approved the following list of documents and/or data necessary to pass the administrative procedures:

State registration of a ship (except state registration of a foreign ship operated under a lease of a ship without crew (bareboat-charter) or under a lease contract)

• Application
• A document confirming the cancellation of the previous registration of the ship (if available) or a document stating that the ship will be removed from the Register of the foreign country at the moment of her registration in the State Ship Register of the Republic of Belarus or
• A document confirming the ownership of the ship ,or a document confirming the consolidation of the ship for the respective legal entities –in case the ship is in public ownership
• Document confirming the payment of the State Tax

State registration of a foreign ship operated under a lease of a ship without crew (bareboat-charter) or under a lease contract

• Application
• Lease Contract of a Ship without Crew(bareboat-charter) or a lease Contract
• A document confirming the cancellation of the registration of the vessel in the register of the state of main registration
• A document confirming the ship owner’s agreement to register the ship under the State Flag of the Republic of Belarus
• Written agreement of the mortgage’s owners of the registered mortgages of the ship
• Document confirming the payment of the State Tax

Issuance of a duplicate of a document confirming the State Registration of the Ship

• Application
• Title document of the vessel
• Document confirming the payment of the State Tax

• State registration of ownership of a ship at construction or a ship of mixed (sea- river) navigation , or ownership of part of a ship in the State Ship Register of the Republic of Belarus
• State registration of any amendments of the data , including mortgages subject to submission to the State Ship Register of the Republic of Belarus
• State registration of suspension of the registration of a ship or of a ship of mixed (sea-river) navigation in the State Ship Register of the Republic of Belarus
• State registration of exclusion of a ship from the State Ship Register of the Republic of Belarus
